CAR GAMES

Come out, have fun, and compete for an award! All games are driving games (walk-up games were held at the Welcome event). All drivers are welcome to participate. The following is a summary of each event. Detailed instructions will be given at each game site.

1. Dunkin' Donuts (Driver only)

Ready for donuts and coffee? Following a prescribed course, the driver will use a bracket mounted on the right front bumper to collect "donuts" along the course. Points will be given for each "donut" collected. Extra points will be given for each "donut" dropped into the coffee cup at the finish line. This is a timed event.

2. Par"A"llel Parking (Driver only)

Everyone loves to parallel park. Come and demonstrate your skill. The driver must parallel park into a designated space then get out of the car and deposit a coin in the meter. Parking isnʼt free you know! This is a timed event.

3. Diuretic Drive (Driver and passenger required)

Hope you can hold your water! In this event the passenger holds a full glass of water out the window while the driver follows a prescribed course over boards and around cones. Who will retain the most water? This is a timed event.

4. Something's Missing (Driver only)

It is time for a tune up when something is missing in the engine. Try running with two spark plugs! The driver will disconnect any two sparkplugs, then start the car, and "race" to the finish line. This is a timed event.

5. Go the Dist "A"nce (Driver only)

Do you have a feel for how far your car has traveled? Can you go the distance? The driver must drive a selected distance along a tape measure. Each driver will have a different distance to travel. This is NOT a timed event.
